Authorization

I authorize New Breed Haulage LLC to charge my credit card for all charges related to this dumpster rental, including but not limited to:

Initial rental fee and applicable taxes
Delivery, pull, and switch fees
Rental extensions beyond 7 days
Surcharges for undeclared hazardous or restricted materials
Overages at $150/ton over container limits
- 5 yards = 1 ton limit
- 10 yards = 2 ton limit
- 20 yards = 4 ton limit
4% convenience fee on all invoices
All sales are final — No refunds or cancellations

I understand that additional charges may occur after initial payment and authorize New Breed Haulage to charge my card for these amounts when incurred. This authorization remains valid until all charges are paid in full, even if my signature is not obtained at delivery or pickup.
